Refund Policy

Last updated: July 2026. This policy covers Oracle Boxing memberships and course add-ons purchased from Oracle Boxing Ltd. Contact: team@oracleboxing.com.

Membership Terms

Membership access, the private community, training material and coaching capacity are made available after payment. Payments are normally non-refundable once access has been granted. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not normally refund the current paid term.

Split Pay

Split Pay divides one initial membership term into two installments. It is not a month-to-month plan. Cancelling the future membership renewal does not remove the obligation to pay the second installment of the initial term.

Renewals

You can cancel before your renewal date at oracleboxing.com/customer-portal. If you believe a renewal was charged after a valid cancellation request, contact us promptly and we will investigate it.

Duplicate, Accidental Or Incorrect Charges

Verified duplicate payments, payment-processing errors and accidental purchases are reviewed promptly. Email team@oracleboxing.com with the payment email and relevant details.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy removes statutory rights that apply to you. Where mandatory law requires a refund or cooling-off right, that law takes precedence.
