Data We Collect

We may collect your name, email, phone number, country, package selection, payment status, site usage events (page views, checkout starts, purchases), attribution data (referrer, UTM parameters, and ad click identifiers), support messages, and the training footage and posts you submit as part of the program.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Oracle Boxing never stores your full card details. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to payment processing.

Tracking, Cookies, And Analytics

We use first-party tracking events, cookies, and local storage to understand what is working on the site and to make checkout smoother (for example, remembering details you have entered). These events and related operational records are stored in Supabase. We may use advertising pixels and server-side conversion events (for example, Meta) to measure ads; where these are active, they are disclosed here and configured to respect payment-card privacy.

With your explicit analytics consent, we may also use PostHog on the Operation Reset homepage and checkout to measure funnel events. Session replay is limited to the homepage, masks all visible text and form inputs, and is disabled on checkout and payment pages. PostHog remains inactive when analytics consent has not been granted. You can withdraw consent through our cookie controls.

Email And Messaging

We contact you about your access, receipts, program delivery, renewal, and support, and occasionally about relevant Oracle Boxing offers and updates. Program communication also happens inside the private Skool community you join with your purchase.

Who We Share Data With

Only processors needed to run the service: Stripe (payments), Supabase (data storage), Skool (community and course delivery), and our email/messaging providers. We do not sell your personal data.

Retention And Your Rights

You can ask us to access, update, or delete your personal data where legally and operationally possible by emailing team@oracleboxing.com. Some payment, tax, and fraud-prevention records must be retained for legal reasons.
