Refund Policy

Last updated: July 2026. This policy covers Operation Reset purchases from Oracle Boxing Ltd (Office 1, Izabella House, 24-26 Regent Place, Birmingham, B1 3NJ, United Kingdom). Contact: team@oracleboxing.com.

All Sales Are Final

Operation Reset places are limited, and your cohort place, coaching capacity, and course access are allocated the moment your payment succeeds. Because access is delivered immediately, purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted.

How We Back The Program Instead

Rather than refunds, Operation Reset is backed by the Coach Until You Pass guarantee: if you genuinely participate — submit the required footage for your grade, apply your corrections, attend your calls — and you still have not passed your enrolled grade assessment when your included access ends, we upgrade you to VIP 1-1 coaching free of charge until you pass. Full conditions are in the Terms of Service.

Duplicate Or Accidental Payments

If you believe you were charged twice or made a payment by mistake, email team@oracleboxing.com as soon as possible. Verified duplicate or accidental payments are reviewed promptly and refunded.

Split Pay

Split Pay divides one purchase into two payments. Both installments are owed in full; choosing not to participate in the program does not cancel the second installment.

Monthly Renewal

After your included access period, your plan continues into Oracle Membership at $97 per month unless cancelled before the renewal date at oracleboxing.com/customer-portal. Cancel before renewal and no renewal charge is taken. Renewal charges for a period you have already used are not refunded, but cancelling always stops future charges.

Chargebacks

If something looks wrong with a charge, contact us first — genuine billing mistakes are fixed quickly. Chargebacks filed without contacting support may result in suspension of access while the dispute is investigated.

Access Issues

If you cannot access something you paid for because of a technical issue on our side, contact us and we will restore access or otherwise make it right.
