Who We Are

The Service

Oracle Boxing is a coached online boxing membership delivered primarily through our private Skool community. Members follow the Oracle Boxing grade pathway, submit training footage, receive technical feedback, join coaching calls where included and complete internal grade assessments. Access begins after successful payment and onboarding.

Plans And Recurring Billing

The 3-month plan costs $297 and renews every 3 months. The 6-month plan costs $497 and renews every 6 months. The 12-month plan costs $897 and renews every 12 months. Prices are in US dollars. Unless you cancel before the renewal date, your selected plan renews automatically using your saved payment method at the same billing interval and the price disclosed at checkout. We will notify you before materially changing your renewal price.

Cancellation

You may cancel future renewals at any time through oracleboxing.com/customer-portal or by emailing team@oracleboxing.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal and does not normally refund the current paid term. Your access continues until the end of that term unless it is suspended under these terms.

Split Pay

If Split Pay is offered and selected, the membership price of your first term is divided into two installments: approximately half at checkout and the remaining membership balance automatically charged to the same payment method one calendar month later. Any one-time add-on, including Boxing From First Principles, is charged in full with the first installment. Both membership installments form one purchase and both remain owed even if you cancel before the second installment. Your membership term still runs from the original purchase date. After that initial term, your plan renews at the normal full plan price and interval shown at checkout, unless cancelled before renewal. If an installment fails and is not settled after reasonable notice, access may be suspended.

Boxing From First Principles Add-On

Boxing from First Principles is an optional one-time course add-on. Its price is shown separately at checkout. It does not repeat on later membership renewals.

Coaching And Assessments

Video feedback, calls and assessments require genuine participation and reasonable scheduling. Grade certification means you passed the relevant Oracle Boxing assessment against our internal standards. It is not a government, boxing commission or external governing-body qualification. One-to-one coaching availability is subject to the plan details shown at purchase and reasonable booking policies.

Coach Until You Pass Guarantee

If this guarantee is displayed for your plan, you must submit the required footage, apply the corrections and complete the prescribed work during your paid term. If you have done that and have not passed the enrolled grade assessment by the end of the term, Oracle Boxing may extend coaching support until you pass. This is an extension of coaching, not a cash refund.

Community Content

Training footage, posts and messages shared in the community may be used for coaching and community delivery. We will seek appropriate permission before using identifiable member content in public marketing. You can request that specific content is excluded by emailing team@oracleboxing.com.

Website Analytics

By using the Oracle Boxing website, you acknowledge that we automatically use analytics tools, including PostHog, to measure visits, interactions and funnel performance and to improve the website. Session replay may operate on the homepage only. Visible text and form inputs are masked, replay is disabled on checkout and payment pages, and payment-card details are never captured. Further details are set out in our Privacy Policy.

Health And Training

Boxing training carries risk. You are responsible for training within your ability, using suitable space and equipment and obtaining medical clearance where needed. Stop training and seek medical advice if you experience pain, dizziness or injury.

Acceptable Use

Access is personal to you. Sharing accounts, redistributing course content, harassment, abuse or behaviour that puts members or coaches at risk may result in suspension or removal without refund.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy linked at checkout. Verified duplicate payments and billing errors are reviewed promptly. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
